STEFANO RASTRELLI

Stefano Rastrelli, born in Naples in 1962, is a lawyer and business executive with extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles within major Italian industrial groups, including Fiat and Prada, contributing to the development of organisational strategies, the definition of HR policies and the management of change in complex and international corporate environments.

His solid legal background and his ability to understand the evolution of organisational systems have shaped a professional path marked by vision, rigour and a strong focus on the centrality of people.

Alongside his professional career, Rastrelli has cultivated for many years a deep passion for contemporary art, which he sees as a space for dialogue, research and personal growth. Over time, this passion has led to the creation of a collection of about 250 works, including painting, sculpture, photography and installations, reflecting a genuine interest in the many different forms of artistic language.

A key element in his journey as a collector is the direct relationship with artists, which for Rastrelli represents the true driving force behind knowledge and the evolution of his gaze. His dialogue with them, built on listening, sharing and discovery, has not only enriched the collection but also nourished a human and cultural journey in constant transformation.

Since 2022, parto of the collection has been brought together in Turin, inside a former industrial building at Via Cervino 28, in the Barriera di Milano district. Recently renovated with great care, the space has been transformed while preserving its original architectural character, creating an environment that reflects the identity of the collection and the connection between industrial memory, contemporaneity and artistic research.
